When it comes to eating right and exercising, there is no “I’ll start tomorrow.” Tomorrow is disease.
I remember one of the meaningful quotes by V.L.Allineare, “When it comes to eating right and exercising, there is no “I’ll start tomorrow.” Tomorrow is disease.
I wish I knew this quote long back when I was studying in the school. I wish I had health awareness while I spent most of time in school, and mandatorily attended my physical education classes and I would be a fit and healthy child. I wish I had a guiding force behind telling me in its own way, Dear child, s fit mind resides in a fit body, and come embrace me I shall provide you with various fun-filled activities and magically turn you into an active child”.
I wish there was something called LivePlus.
I personally endorse LivePlus, is a magical initiative by Mr.Sandeep Goel and Mr.Sujit Panigrahi who are the great men behind this wonderful idea. Who could have done this gap analysis better, to find out that a child spends most of his/her time in school, that is the place where he grabs most of his learning from, and if that is showered with such value addition in terms of health and fitness, we are successful in identifying the root cause of any illness or any malfunctioning.
It adds excitement into the lives of children and they enjoy their physical education better, and since they are marked a grading on the various parameters of health, it also inspires them to be self competitive and score better and better and once achieved, maintain that level through their consistency.
Also, people who were sluggish like I was during my school and have some regrets about “I wish I had such a mentor”, please do not feel so as LivePlus also has a uniwue Corporate Pro-Fit programme for the Corporate Organization who can give them a chance for fun-filled activities as a part of employee engagement initiative.
Sports nutrition is not that straightforward as it appears. To accomplish desired results, there has to be some form of an education about the functions and processes of the human body, its reaction to the environment, its requirements for specific nutrients, and many other people. The bottom line here is that there has to be appropriate sports nutrition education prior to anything is done to the body.
No matter I could not have the opportunity to have been endowed with such exciting physical education programme, but I am personally endorsing it to all the schools, parents, children, corporate, who can just log in to LivePlus.in, know more and give the facilitators a chance to know them, Assess them, Intervene them and Mentor them.
