All of you who are associated as a freelance, a part timer, or as a regular with any media and write on girl child and women issues both positive or negative, are invited to send their entries for North Zone of 3rd Laadli Media Award 2910, 11
Laadli Media Award is given Population First (www.populationfirst.org), a Mumbai based NGO working for balanced, stable, and planned population.
Successful entries, at all the four regions, will subsequently go for the national award.
Though, along with an entry form, a detailed brochure with address for north zone submission is attached, broad guideline is as following:
*North Zone comprises of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal, and Jammu and Kashmir.
*Languages for north are Hindi, English, Urdu, and Punjabi
*Medium can be Print, T V and Radio, Web, Blog, even Documentary Films
*Priod in which article or program should have appeared is from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010
*Entries should reach us latest by 10 January 2011.
*Any number of entries by any gender from and from across any media can be submitted.
