While on one hand, after the release of the film “Pushpa 2” across the country, a new debate is going on about the present and future of Hindi cinema. Amidst the falling standards of Hindi cinema and the growing dominance of South cinema at the country’s box office. Delhi’s well-known writer and director Kanhaiya Lal Rathore is going to direct the Hindi film “Mera Ek Hi Sahara”. Rathore says that the standards of Hindi cinema have been continuously falling for the last three decades.
The plot of the films is not able to make a direct connection with the audience due to the continuous distance from Indian literature and culture. For this reason, Hindi cinema is not performing well at the box office. There was a time when Indian cinema was full of Indian plots and at the same time, films based on Sanatan traditions were also being continuously produced. Director Rathore says that the picture of Hindi cinema will change with the production of religious films. Rathore wants to bring back the era of religious and spiritual films in the country once again through his film “Mera Ek Hi Sahara”.
“Mera Ek Hi Sahara” will be based on Khatu Shyam, on whom millions of devotees have faith. The film will connect the youth of today with Sanatan Dharma by showing Indian culture and Sanatan traditions. The film will be shot in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and different states of the country. The film will be released in cinemas of different states of the country in the year 2025. This film will play an important role in creating positive feelings among the youth by connecting them with their culture and Sanatan traditions and giving them the message of walking on the positive path.
